Neuroworx and the Hull Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide therapy and rehabilitative services for individuals dealing with paralysis sescondary to spinal cord injuries and similar neurological conditions. Supporting adaptive sports is a natural extension of our mission to improve the rehabilitation, overall health and quality of life for individuals with these devastating injuries.

Wheelin' Jazz fall to Mavericks in Championship

The #6 Utah Wheelin' Jazz fell to the Defending National Champion Dallas Wheelchair Mavericks in the championship of the 2009 Desert Classic in Las Vegas, NV. The Mavs overall team speed proved to much for the bigger Wheelin' Jazz and the game was never close. Dallas jumped out to a 28-4 lead but the Wheelin' Jazz rallied to close to 34-19 at the half. That's as close as it got. The final score was 71-48.

The Mavs were led by Bobby Nickelberry inside and Willie Hernandez on the perimeter. The Wheelin' Jazz were led by Jeff Griffin, Rod Niemann, and Mike Schlappi.
